The meeting starts at 2:30pm on Friday 7th of September, and runs till Saturday 5:00pm.

On Friday, the meeting will be in the *Palacio Municipal de Congresos* (venue of the ICA meeting

Avda. de la Capital de España Madrid, s/n 28042 Madrid (Spain)).

The exact room number will be either communicated later or indicated at the reception desk of the ICA meeting.

The Palacio Municipal de Congresos is conveniently connected to the airport (Barajas)

and to the city center (through Nuevos ministerios) by Metro N°8

On Saturday, we will have the meeting in the *Instituto di Acustica* (address: Serrano 144, 28006 Madrid),

which is located not too far from the metro station Nuevos ministerios and Republica Argentina, with easy connections to the city center.
