The meeting will be in the Ghent River Hotel <http://www.ghent-river-hotel.be/> (4 stars hotel), Ghent, Belgium.

We start at 9 am on September 13. The end is foreseen on Friday at 5 pm.
On September 15 we will invite the EU officer and some members of the users group.

A single room is 120 EUR (including breakfast).
